Phil joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 1983. Phil lends his extensive wealth management experience to customize solutions and strategies for individuals, families and foundations. His areas of focus include asset allocation modeling and portfolio construction. Phil earned a BA in Psychology from Cortland State University and has completed additional extensive coursework in financial and estate planning at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Phil has been dedicated to putting his clients and their financial goals first. Phil has built his practice by developing long term relationships with clients and working diligently to find the best financial solution for each.
He is currently and has previously served on the board of directors of several non profit organizations and believes very strongly in giving back to the community.
